Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience of our clinics across North America, have allowed us to lead the charge against “we caught it too late again.” Prenuvo operates preventative screening clinics in Vancouver, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Houston, Boca Raton, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York City, Buffalo, Bethesda, Chicago, and Atlanta, with more clinics in North America and internationally in the next 2 years.
We are looking for a Regional Director, Provider Partnership to cover our Eastern region, anticipating up to 50% travel annually within your region.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and Execute a Provider Partnership Strategy
- Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy focused on expanding partnerships with healthcare providers, including physicians, clinics, and health systems.
- Identify key markets and segments where Prenuvo’s advanced imaging services can add the most value, prioritizing relationships that align with the company's growth goals.
- Cultivate and Manage Provider Relationships
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with healthcare providers by deeply understanding their needs and how Prenuvo’s services can enhance patient care, early disease detection, and health outcomes.
- Engage in regular touchpoints with key decision-makers, including physicians, administrators, and C-suite leaders, to drive partnerships and referrals.
- Drive Provider Referral Program Growth
- Oversee the growth of the provider referral network, setting targets for onboarding new providers while expanding existing relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to create educational content and tools that empower providers to effectively communicate Prenuvo’s value proposition to their patients.
- Lead a High-Performing Sales Team
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals focused on provider partnerships, ensuring they are well-equipped with training, tools, and the strategic direction needed to meet their goals.
- Set clear performance metrics, sales targets, and incentives to drive success within the team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Work closely with the product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and provider feedback loops. Your role will bridge the gap between clinical and operational functions, ensuring that Prenuvo’s services meet the expectations of healthcare providers.
- Analyze and Report on Sales Performance
- Regularly analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of strategies, partnerships, and individual sales efforts. Use these insights to refine tactics, identify opportunities, and proactively address any barriers to success.
- Present quarterly business reviews and partnership outcomes to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with overall company goals.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven Leadership in Healthcare Sales
- Extensive experience leading sales teams focused on provider partnerships or B2B healthcare solutions, ideally in a healthcare tech or medical services environment. You understand the dynamics of working with physicians, healthcare systems, and other key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.
- A track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives with healthcare providers.
- Deep Understanding of Healthcare Ecosystem
- Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare landscape, including provider decision-making processes, and the importance of early detection and diagnostic technologies in patient care.
- A strong network within the healthcare community, especially among physicians, clinics, and health system leaders.
- Strategic Thinking with Hands-on Execution
- Ability to think strategically about market expansion, provider onboarding, and partnership growth while being comfortable rolling up your sleeves to execute tactical sales initiatives.
- Experience in identifying market opportunities and translating them into actionable sales strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Leadership and Team Development
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams. You have a track record of mentoring and empowering sales professionals to exceed their targets while fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Strong communication and motivational skills, capable of aligning team efforts with the company’s broader mission of transforming healthcare.
- Data-Driven Approach
- Ability to analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- Experience in using CRM platforms (like Salesforce) to track sales activities, manage partnerships, and monitor pipeline development.

- The base salary for this role ranges from $180,000 - $200,000 in local currency, depending upon experience
