We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM processes and will be responsible for ensuring the system is effectively utilized to support our sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

As a CRM Administrator, you will play a critical role in owning and optimizing our sales tools, workflows, and strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • CRM Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the CRM system, ensuring it is functioning optimally and that users can access it as needed.
    • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings.
    • Regularly update the system with new features and improvements.
  • Customization & Configuration:
    • Work closely with various departments to customize and configure the CRM to meet specific business needs.
    • Create custom fields, workflows, automations, record types, and reports to enhance the system’s functionality.
  • Data Management:
    • Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing and cleaning the CRM database.
    • Implement protocols for data entry, storage, and retrieval to maintain high-quality data standards.
  • Training & Support:
    • Work alongside the Sales Enablement Manager to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing users.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure that all employees can effectively use the CRM system.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Analyze current CRM processes and workflows.
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement best practices for CRM usage across the organization.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Generate detailed reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer behavior, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness.
    • Use these insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Integration:
    • Collaborate with the Product and IT departments to integrate the CRM system with other business applications, such as marketing automation, and customer service platforms, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
  • Monitoring & Maintenance:
    • Regularly monitor the CRM system’s performance and usage.
    • Address any technical issues promptly and work with the CRM vendor for advanced troubleshooting if needed.
  • Tool Management:
    • Administer and maintain other sales tools such as Dialpad and Intercom.
    • Ensure these tools are effectively integrated with the CRM and optimized for business use.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Certification in CRM administration (e.g., Salesforce Administrator)
    • 2+ years of experience in CRM administration, preferably with Salesforce.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
    • Proficient in data management and analysis.
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience with CRM integrations and third-party tools such as Dialpad and Intercom.
    • Knowledge of SQL and database management.

The base salary for this role ranges from $78,000 to $95,000 in local currency, depending upon experience
