Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience of our clinics across North America, have allowed us to lead the charge against “we caught it too late again.” Prenuvo operates preventative screening clinics in Vancouver, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Boca Raton, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York City, Bethesda, Chicago, and Atlanta, with more clinics in North America and internationally in the next 2 years.
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on a portfolio of roles ranging across our functions in North America. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, qualifying, and securing top-tier, highly-skilled talent to support the growth of our company. Candidates located in our operating states and provinces across North America will be considered - this role can be fully remote from the eligible locations.
Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity and overcome challenges with an agile mindset. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of recruiting methodologies and best practices.

What You’ll Do
Full Cycle Pipeline Management:
- Engage with hiring managers, senior leadership, and internal stakeholders to thoroughly understand hiring needs and desired candidate profiles in alignment with organizational goals and priorities
- Build effective interview plans, standardized kits for recruiting users, and scalable processes
- Conduct thorough screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, culture fit, and alignment with our company values
- Collaborate with hiring teams to gather feedback and make informed decisions about candidate progression
- Facilitate and coordinate interview processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Build and nurture a network of highly-qualified candidates, creating an active and engaged talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database, including detailed records of candidate preferences, career goals, and past interactions
- Provide personalized support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, addressing questions, concerns, and challenges in a timely and empathetic manner
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition to extend offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates
- Oversee the pre-boarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new team members through to onboarding and orientation scheduling
Candidate Advocacy and Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and support
- Understand candidates' career goals, preferences, and motivations to effectively match them with suitable opportunities within our organization
- Regularly check in with candidates to assess their satisfaction, address any concerns or issues, and provide ongoing support and assistance
- Act as an advocate for candidates within the organization, ensuring their needs and concerns are heard and addressed appropriately
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to hiring managers and leadership based on candidate interactions and insights
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all candidates
Talent Engagement:
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create targeted content and communication campaigns aimed at engaging and retaining top-tier talent
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract highly-skilled professionals for a high-volume of hard-to-fill roles
- Leverage various channels, including online platforms, industry associations, and networking events, to build a robust talent pipeline
- Stay up to date on on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for enhancing our recruitment and retention efforts
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing and marketing strategies, identifying areas for improvement
- Develop A/B testing strategies to inform advertising campaigns and spend
- Generate regular reports on recruitment activity, candidate status, and time-to-fill metrics
Other Activities
- Prioritize ownership and enhancement of processes: Consistently evaluate and refine recruitment strategies in response to market trends and feedback from clinical departments
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment within a startup environment; experience with US requisitions and geographies is crucial
- You are diligent; operating with professionalism and an unwavering commitment to excellence
- You have a meticulous eye for detail and a methodical approach to work - a high level of accuracy and precision is required for this role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders
- You are self-motivated, self-managing and staunchly-organized; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and autonomously
- Proven track record in addressing hard-to-fill clinical positions with a focus on relationship management and candidate engagement
- In-depth understanding of medical profession job requirements and industry regulatory standards
- Proficiency with Greehouse ATS and other recruitment software/applications
- Experience with tools such as Slack, Trello, Jira, GSuite, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar is a strong asset
- Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in recruitment and retention
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in recruiting for clinical roles is highly advantageous
- Additional certifications or training in healthcare recruitment practices

- The base salary offered for this position will range from $90,000 - 120,00 in local currency, depending on experience
