We are looking for a MRI Training Technologist to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for MRI technologists and other healthcare professionals. This position requires expertise in MRI technology, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence in patient care and safety. What You’ll Do

As a MRI Training Technologist at Prenuvo, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for MRI technologists and other healthcare professionals. You will lead training sessions, assess competency, and provide ongoing support to ensure proficiency in MRI imaging techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.

Curriculum Development:

  • Design and update training curriculum for MRI technologists, incorporating best practices and advancements in MRI technology
  • Develop engaging training modules covering imaging protocols, safety procedures, patient care, and quality assurance

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for MRI technologists and other healthcare professionals
  • Utilize various instructional methods to engage participants and facilitate active learning
  • Travel as required

Competency Assessment:

  • Evaluate trainee competency through assessments and proficiency testing
  • Provide personalized coaching and feedback to support skill development

Training Coordination:

  • Coordinate training schedules and resources to ensure effective delivery of training programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to minimize disruptions to clinical operations

Mentorship:

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to MRI technologists, supporting their career advancement and continuing education
  • Foster a culture of lifelong learning and excellence within the MRI department

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure training programs adhere to regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
  • Stay updated with industry best practices related to MRI training and certification

What You’ll Bring

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology, education, healthcare administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master's) preferred
  • Certification as an MRI technologist (e.g., CAMRT, ARRT or ARMRIT MRI certification) with a minimum of 5-10 years of clinical experience in MRI imaging
  • Experience in instructional design or training facilitation in a healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and educational methodologies
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality assurance protocols
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and technology-enhanced learning platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail to contribute to protocol development and optimization
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner
  • Exceptional time management skills, exhibiting sound judgment, and the ability to multi-task is paramount
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care, safety, and professionalism, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

The base salary for this role ranges from $90,000 - $120,000 in local currency depending upon experience
