Prenuvo operates preventative screening clinics in Vancouver, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Boca Raton, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York City, and Chicago, with more clinics in North America opening later this year.

The Opportunity

We are changing healthcare and bringing a slow-moving goliath of an industry into the present while blazing a trail into the future of radiology and clinical operations through software, automation and AI. We are looking for a Director, Physician & Enterprise Relations who will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships between our organization, physicians, medical groups, and healthcare professionals as well as developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the enterprise segment. This role will be based out of any location where we have our clinics with some travel required across other clinic and HQ hubs.

This is a crucial role for our team - you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships as well as serve as the primary liaison between physicians, medical staff and our partnerships’ leadership teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to achieve strategic objectives. Our patient experience is our top priority!

To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience in physician relations and B2B sales, along with a strategic mindset and expert leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and achieve partnership goals.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's strategic initiatives related to physician & enterprise relations and network development
  • Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement in physician & enterprise relations, aligning them with the organization's overall objectives
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads

Relationship Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive physician & enterprise relations strategies to enhance engagement, collaboration, and loyalty; introducing the Prenuvo scan as a unique benefit to physician networks & B2B teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with key physicians, medical groups, healthcare and corporate organizations, serving as a trusted advisor and resource
  • Collaborate with physician & enterprise stakeholders to understand their needs and provide support to ensure a positive experience with the organization

Partnership Recruitment and Retention:

  • Collaborate with the physician & enterprise sales teams to develop strategies for partnership recruitment and retention
  • Develop innovative approaches to attract new physicians to the startup's network
  • Identify and attract high-quality physicians to join the organization's network, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and values
  • Implement initiatives and programs to enhance physician & client satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between physicians, medical staff, and partnership organizations’ leadership teams; addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a productive environment
  • Develop and implement communication channels and platforms to keep accounts informed about organizational updates, policies, and initiatives

Performance Analysis and Improvement:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to physician & enterprise relations and network development
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize physician & enterprise client satisfaction, referral networks, and overall performance
  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients to drive continuous improvement in processes and services

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of physician & enterprise relations professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, promoting teamwork, accountability, and excellence

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record of success in physician and/or enterprise sales within the healthcare or healthtech industry; evidenced by visible revenue growth and key performance indicators in past positions
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with physicians and key B2B stakeholders; you have a network of existing relationships with high-level decision-makers in healthcare and corporate organizations and the know-how to build on this
  • Advanced knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and dynamics
  • Degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and drive results
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics tools, and other relevant software applications
  • Expert analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly-evolving, dynamic environment; you can quickly context switch and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Finely-tuned organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • You’re self-aware and open-minded - functioning with a high level of emotional intelligence and an inclusive approach
  • You’re reliable and self-motivated - excited by fast-paced work, and are able to work well under pressure
  • Understanding and emphasis on patient privacy and confidentiality
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events
