Ready to make a real impact on global health and wellness care?

Practice Better is an all-in-one platform helping health and wellness practitioners run their businesses, care for their clients, and scale their impact. Founded by practitioners in 2016, we’re now the leading EHR and practice management platform in the wellness industry, trusted by tens of thousands of practitioners across 70+ countries.

In 2023, we expanded our whole-practice care offering through the acquisition of That Clean Life, bringing nutrition planning into our platform.

We’re a remote-first team headquartered in Toronto, made up of curious, driven, and empathetic people building tools that help practitioners create sustainable, independent practices; and do the most meaningful work of their careers. While most of our work happens remotely, we come together regularly for off-sites and team events to stay connected and build together.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will drive measurable growth across our paid acquisition, execute data-driven campaigns across 6+ advertising platforms, and build scalable systems that help practitioners discover Practice Better.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who thinks in CAC and ROAS, thrives on experimentation and A/B testing, and combines analytical rigor with hands-on campaign execution.

Note: Practice Better is a remote-first company with team members across North America. However, this particular role is currently open to Canadian-based candidates only, and preference will be given to applicants legally authorized to work in Canada.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Reddit, and G2 to drive high-value conversions.
  • Execute A/B tests on ad creative, landing pages, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance and lower acquisition costs.
  • Monitor daily performance and analyze campaigns using metrics like CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates; identify optimization opportunities, budget allocation recommendations, and implement data-backed improvements.
  • Explore and launch new paid channels (e.g., Spotify, TikTok, etc.) to expand our acquisition mix and find untapped sources of high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing team to translate campaign learnings into broader strategic insights and ensure paid tactics align with broader team initiatives.
  • Partner with the data team to refine existing dashboards and build new reporting views as the paid strategy evolves, and new measurement needs emerge

What You Bring

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in a digital marketing/ acquisition
  • Proven Google Ads expertise with demonstrated ability to drive measurable results and optimize for conversion efficiency
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a bias for clarity and action
  • Multi-platform fluency across funnel stages - you've run both awareness campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn) and high-intent conversion campaigns (Google, Microsoft Ads, G2)
  • Track record of systematic A/B testing across ad text/creative, landing pages, audience segments, and bidding strategies to drive incremental performance gains
  • Analytical, curious, and adaptable - you seek solutions, not perfection
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment

Bonus Points

  • B2B SaaS experience - you've worked in subscription-based businesses and understand the nuances of marketing to professional buyers
  • Experience with Google Analytics/ Amplitude or other analytics platforms for tracking user behavior and building conversion funnels
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch/ data-driven) and challenges around measuring cross-channel impact
  • Familiarity with tagging and tracking setup - you've worked with Google Tag Manager or similar tools to implement conversion pixels and troubleshoot tracking issues

Compensation & Pay Transparency
