Potloc has become an expert in gathering and centralizing valuable insights that enable businesses to better understand and tackle their ongoing challenges. We are sourcing survey respondents on social media networks, through advanced geolocation and interest-based targeting.
Our team is building a dashboard to present all of our data into a clear and reliable internal tool used to drive thousands of respondents to our surveys. You will help us in bringing near real-time performance insights to our clients and build a scalable product.

En tant que Lead DevOps Engineer, votre mission sera d'assurer la vélocité et la productivité de nos développeurs.ses. Vous serez également chargé de donner aux développeurs les moyens d'influencer les changements au niveau de la sécurité, vous veillerez à ce que Potloc soit dans un état de conformité continu et préparé aux menaces.
Your Mission:
Our development team is composed of 17 highly qualified developers, and it will continue to grow in the next years. To make sure we are on the right track and to scale massively while staying resilient, we need your help.
As our Lead DevOps Engineer, your mission will be to ensure our developers’ velocity and productivity. You will also be responsible for empowering developers to influence security changes, ensuring Potloc is in a continuous state of compliance and prepared for threats.
Responsabilités - Responsibilities
- Gestion
- Développer l'équipe grâce au mentorat et en agissant en tant qu'expert en la matière avec une équipe se concentrant sur l'ingénierie de la fiabilité du site et l'expérience des développeurs.
- Améliorez-vous en tant que leader en apprenant avec d'autres leaders chez Potloc et grâce à votre propre volonté d'apprendre.
- Expérience développeur
- Travailler avec les développeurs.ses pour automatiser et accélérer les tests, la mise en production et le déploiement d'applications dans un environnement d'exécution de manière rapide et fiable.
- Fournir des solutions de livraison continue dans un environnement en cloud
- Supporter les pratiques et les outils d'intégration continue
- Maintenir les solutions de journalisation et de surveillance pour les développeurs afin de résoudre rapidement les problèmes
- Ingénierie de la fiabilité du site
- Prendre en charge l'ingénierie de la fiabilité de notre site et l'ingénierie de l'infrastructure
- Travailler au sein de l'équipe pour construire et faire évoluer nos systèmes.
- Participer aux investigations des problèmes de production
- Construire et soutenir l'infrastructure et les outils pour protéger notre plateforme contre les bots et les attaques DDoS.
- Management
- Grow the team through mentoring and acting as a subject matter expert with a team focusing on site reliability engineering and developer experience.
- Improve yourself as a leader by learning with other Potloc leaders and through your own willingness to learn.
- Developer Experience
- Work with product engineering to automate and accelerate the testing, release and deployment of applications into a runtime environment quickly and reliably
- Provide continuous delivery solutions in a cloud environment
- Support continuous integration practices and tools
- Maintain logging and monitoring solutions for developers to quickly resolve issues
- Site Reliability Engineering
- Own our site reliability engineering and infrastructure engineering
- Work as part of the engineering team to build and scale our systems
- Participate in the investigation of production issues
- Build and support infrastructure and tooling to protect our platform from bots and DDoS attacks

Aptitudes et compétences clés requises - Key Skills and Competencies required
- Vous avez appris et suivez les principes de l'Infrastructure as Code
- Vous prenez la sécurité au sérieux
- Vous êtes curieux, vous aimez apprendre de nouvelles choses et partager vos connaissances.
- Vous avez encadré des coéquipiers sur de nouvelles façons d'approfondir leurs connaissances techniques.
- Vous avez une expérience dans le développement, les opérations et les implémentations full-stack.
- Vous avez de l'expérience en programmation dans un langage de haut niveau tel que Ruby, Python ou d'autres langages pour scripter l'installation, la configuration et le provisionnement.
- Vous avez de l'expérience avec les technologies et les cadres d'infrastructure de base de Potloc comme (mais pas seulement) - Terraform, AWS, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Github Actions, InfluxDB, ElasticSearch, Grafana, Google Cloud - est un atout, mais pas obligatoire.

- You take security seriously
- You are curious, you enjoy learning new things and sharing your knowledge
- You’ve mentored teammates on new ways to deepen their technical craft
- You have a background in development, operations, and full-stack implementations.
- You have experience programming in a high-level language such as Ruby, Python or other languages to script installation, configuration and provisioning.
