As a Brand Concierge at our Market Mall location, you’ll strive to deliver exceptional customer service that demonstrates our value of luxury for the people. You’ll have an opportunity to share your passion for Poppy Barley through sharing our history, values and product knowledge with our customers. So bring your enthusiasm and determination and get ready to join our growing family.
Key skills you’ll bring to the team:
  • Focus on relationship selling, building a client base and offering exemplary customer service.
  • Be a Poppy Barley expert. Keep up to date on all product knowledge and provide customers with the information necessary to ensure they love their Poppy Barleys.
  • Support the operations of the store including but not limited to receiving and processing stock, picking and packing of online orders, merchandising, and inventory counts.
  • Support other tasks as outlined by the Floor Lead during your shift.
Everything Else:
  • The opportunity to work with a dynamic, passionate team.
  • Training and understanding of the platforms we use as a business including Shopify, Inventory Platforms, and Shipping Platforms.
  • Opportunities to provide feedback regarding product and work with our Product team to ensure we are always living into our value of Product Excellence.
  • Development and training on the everyday running of the store so that you can understand and support the day to day operations.
  • Opportunities to travel with our team as we operate Pop Ups throughout the country.
  • Mid Year and Yearly reviews to highlight development opportunities, and possible areas of growth within the company.

Your Skill Set:
  • A high school diploma or in progress/completed post secondary education. We love to learn and hope you do too!
  • Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to think on your feet and creatively solve problems that align with company values and policies.
  • A flexible schedule that will allow you to work daytime, evenings and weekends.
