We are growing at approximately 25% month-over-month. Informal systems are no longer sufficient. We are building the infrastructure that turns rapid growth into durable scale.

About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Operations Manager to architect and implement the operational foundation behind our revenue and operational engine.

Reporting to the COO, you will eliminate structural bottlenecks across the commercial lifecycle, strengthen Sales and Customer Success integration, improve forecasting rigour, and ensure revenue growth aligns with operational capacity. You will translate frontline execution into repeatable operating standards and scalable commercial playbooks.

You will not inherit mature systems. You will build them.

As the company grows, this role is expected to evolve into broader operational leadership through demonstrated ownership and measurable impact.

This is not a pure strategy role.
This is not a CRM administrator role.
This is a builder role.

What You Will Do

Revenue & GTM Systems

  • Architect and standardize qualification and handoff structures across Sales and Customer Success
  • Partner with the CCO to translate frontline execution into scalable Sales playbooks and commercial operating systems
  • Strengthen forecasting discipline and pipeline visibility across the revenue engine
  • Define and operationalize core revenue performance metrics
  • Systematically reduce variability across the end-to-end commercial lifecycle

Operational & Supply Alignment

  • Align growth with delivery and supply capacity through structured planning
  • Define operational KPIs across inventory, fulfillment, and capacity planning
  • Increase transparency between revenue growth and operational readiness

Strategic Execution

  • Lead high-impact cross-functional operational initiatives
  • Drive automation and tooling improvements
  • Support executive-level reporting and planning

Who You Are

  • 3–6 years of experience in high-performance environments (high-growth startups, marketplace or supply-linked businesses)
  • Proven track record of building systems, not just analyzing them
  • Strong structured thinker with high execution intensity
  • Comfortable operating across Sales, Customer Success, and Operations
  • Able to own ambiguity and drive clarity without perfect information
  • High ownership mindset, low ego, resilient under pressure
