The Role

• This role sits in the Founder’s Office and works directly with executive leadership.
• You will design and build the revenue infrastructure that powers our next stage of growth.
• This is not a marketing coordinator role.
  This is not a machine learning research role.
• This is a systems-building role at the intersection of business, data, and automation.
• You will translate strategy into scalable execution.

What You’ll Own

• Design the architecture of our revenue systems (CRM, lifecycle, funnel)
• Build automation across sales, marketing, and customer success
• Implement AI-driven workflows (LLM-based analysis, classification, insights)
• Create growth dashboards (CAC, LTV, conversion, retention, cohorts)
• Structure D2C onboarding and lifecycle flows
• Identify friction in the revenue engine and eliminate it
• You will work directly with the COO and CEO on high-impact initiatives.

Background

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Engineering, or similar
• Experience with APIs, automation tools, or data analysis
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus)
• Basic SQL / scripting experience preferred
• Startup or co-op experience is a strong plus
