We’re looking for a Junior Account Executive with 1–2 years of sales experience who wants to move beyond a narrow role and start owning revenue. This position blends outbound prospecting with real deal ownership, giving you the opportunity to build pipeline, run your own opportunities, and close business.
You’ll work directly with senior leadership, including our Chief Commercial Officer, and gain exposure to larger, more strategic partnerships as you grow. This is an opportunity to accelerate your development in a fast-scaling environment while building the foundation for a long-term career in sales.
What you'll do:
- Build pipeline: Identify and engage new prospects through outbound outreach, networking, and follow-up from marketing initiatives.
- Own smaller to mid-sized opportunities: Run discovery calls, conduct demos, and move deals forward with confidence.
- Support larger strategic accounts: Partner with senior AEs on complex deals to learn expansion strategy and organizational mapping.
- Stay organized and proactive: Manage your pipeline consistently and drive momentum in every conversation.
- Develop your commercial skillset: Learn how to navigate decision-makers, build ROI narratives, and structure pilot conversations.
Who you are:
- You have 1–2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or sales development role.
- You’re ready to move beyond booking meetings and start owning outcomes.
- You’re confident and comfortable leading conversations.
- You’re curious, coachable, and hungry to grow.
- You want exposure to strategy, not just scripts.
- You thrive in fast-moving environments where you can learn quickly and take on more responsibility.
