At Pontosense, we’ve developed radar sensing technology that’s up to 10,000x more accurate than conventional solutions, able to detect even the slightest human movements, like a heartbeat, without the need for wearables, cameras, or invasive monitoring. In the AgeTech space, this means seniors can live more safely and independently, while care providers can respond to critical events in real time.

But technology is only part of the story. Getting that technology into the hands of clients, and ensuring it performs flawlessly, requires operational excellence. From setting up pilot programs to tracking shipments, maintaining client data, and compiling performance insights, our Client Operations team makes it all happen.

We’re looking for a Client Operations Analyst who thrives on organization, accuracy, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll be at the heart of our AgeTech initiatives, ensuring that every evaluation, pilot, and rollout is set up for success.

What You’ll Own

Client Evaluation & Reporting

  • Track client program progress using backend data, including evaluations, pilots, and engagement metrics.
  • Set up and configure client program portals, accounts, and test environments ahead of launches.
  • Summarize performance insights to highlight trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare materials for internal meetings and client updates.
  • Communicate with clients via email about shipment updates, schedules, and meeting coordination.
  • Help organize calendars and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.

Operations & Administration

  • Prepare and organize shipping documents and waybills for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to ensure clear visibility for the team
  • Maintain accurate client and deal data in CRMs such as Pipedrive and Custify.
  • Keep internal spreadsheets and tracking tools tidy and current.
  • Conduct small-scale research to support internal processes and cross-team initiatives.
  • Carry out other research tasks as needed to help with company operations.

Who You Are

  • You’re detail-oriented, organized, and love bringing order to complex processes.
  • You have experience in operations, administration, or client coordination
  • You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • You communicate clearly
    and know how to make information easy to understand.
  • You’re curious and proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes.
  • You’re proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with strong skills in Excel

Bonus Points if You:

  • Have experience with CRM systems like Pipedrive or Custify.
  • Understand AgeTech, healthtech, or IoT products.

Location Requirement
This role is open only to candidates based in the Philippines. It is a remote position, but applicants must currently reside in the Philippines to be considered.
