This is a full-cycle role, with a focus on building and expanding strategic partnerships within the AgeTech space.

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive who understands how to navigate complex B2B sales, brings strong ownership and creativity to the table, and is passionate about using innovative technology to solve real-world problems.

What you’ll own:

  • Identify and win new accounts in AgeTech and related sectors
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach to deal close, and support early stages of onboarding
  • Lead discovery calls to understand stakeholder goals, pain points, and timelines
  • Position Pontosense’s technology in a consultative, value-driven way
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams on technical integrations or custom solutions
  • Build deep relationships that lead to product expansion and long-term partnerships
  • Provide on-the-ground feedback to inform our GTM strategies and product development

Who you are:

  • You have experience in high-consideration B2B sales (e.g., medical devices, automotive, smart home tech)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving needs
  • Can work with technical teams to align on integration pathways and long-term solutions
  • Understands how to sell on value—not just features
  • Brings strong listening, storytelling, and business acumen to every conversation
  • Has a builder mentality: You’ve either worked in an early-stage company or know how to create structure from scratch
