Our mission to innovate wireless sensing is powered by the dedicated efforts of our Account Management team. They are essential in getting our cutting-edge modules to clients and providing support and guidance every step of the way. By enabling clients to make critical, life-saving decisions in key industries, this team plays a pivotal role in our overall impact and growth. Their expertise and commitment drive our success and the success of our clients.

As an Account Coordinator, you will be one of the driving forces behind building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their utmost satisfaction while maximizing business operations. In this highly cross-functional role, these are some of the tasks you’ll take on:

  • Act as a liaison with clients, ensuring clear and timely communication. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.

  • Assist in the coordination of AgeTech projects, ensuring seamless client onboarding and tasks completion. Track project progress and communicate updates to the team and clients.

  • Be a key player in building and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring existing ones stay happy and engaged.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, project statuses, and account details using CRM software to manage client information.

  • Conduct market research to support account strategies and identify opportunities for client growth. Analyze industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, social media content, and other client-related communications.

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of client invoices. Ensure timely and accurate billing, and address any billing inquiries or discrepancies.

  • Work closely with other departments, such as creative, media, and strategy, to ensure cohesive and effective account management. Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning sessions.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of client campaigns and projects. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on performance data.

  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, reports and other documentation for clients.

To excel in this role, we’re on the lookout for someone who:

  • Has at least 1 year of experience or is a recent graduate with relevant co-op or internship experience, preferably in client management or communications.

  • Is enthusiastic about interacting with clients and providing exceptional support.

  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

  • Enjoys working with data as this role will utilize your analytical skills. A background in data analysis is an asset.

  • Has the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects by prioritizing work to meet deadlines.

  • Demonstrates strong adaptability and flexibility: Able to quickly adjust to changing priorities, new challenges, and evolving client needs. Embraces change with a positive attitude and effectively manages multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.
