Why this Role?

The success of our wireless sensing innovations and their impact on daily life relies heavily on our Projects team. This team is a critical bridge between our internal team and external clients and partners, ensuring that their needs are being met and that projects are delivered with excellence.

This is a hybrid position and is based in our Waterloo, ON office.

As a Project Coordinator, you will:

• Collaborate with the engineering team to conduct testing and development work.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve any identified issues.

• Analyze test data, and identify patterns, trends, and potential areas for improvement.

• Lead validation testing and evaluation processes with external stakeholders.

• Generate detailed and comprehensive test reports, highlighting key findings, issues, and recommendations.

• Utilize your technical knowledge, particularly in radar and hardware, to contribute to testing methodologies and improve testing processes.

• Develop and maintain data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate results to stakeholders.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices.

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

• Are a critical thinker with the ability to handle and troubleshoot technical challenges.

• Are detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Have a process-driven mindset with the ability to streamline testing processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Have experience in testing methodologies, procedures, and tools.

• (Bonus!) Have a strong understanding of radar technology and hardware, with the ability to apply this knowledge to testing and development processes (experience in radar-related projects is highly desirable).

• (Bonus!) Have excellent data visualization skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and visually appealing manner.
