Our connected worker platform is purpose-built for manufacturing, empowering frontline workers to share knowledge, collaborate in real-time, and drive continuous improvement. Think of it as the missing digital link, bringing the human interface into the stack of the Smart Factory, generating the right data and insights that drive entirely new scales of process improvements.

We’re proud to support global leaders like Nestlé, Bosch, Mars, and Danone on their digital transformation journeys. And as part of the IFS family, our global reach and impact continue to grow.

Help us scale our impact across Europe.

We’re looking for a Regional Marketing Director, NA - a strategic and hands-on marketing leader who can build regional momentum, drive pipeline growth, and elevate Poka’s brand across the North American market. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we reach and engage manufacturing and industrial leaders, working closely with our global marketing team in US and Canada and a growing regional commercial organization.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and execute regional marketing strategy: Define and implement Poka’s North American marketing strategy in alignment with global GTM priorities.

  • Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing execution: from accelerating content creation and localization to improving campaign targeting, insights, and operational efficiency.

  • Drive demand and account-based marketing (ABM): Lead multi-channel campaigns to generate net new qualified pipeline; design and manage ABM programs targeting enterprise and strategic accounts with tight alignment to the NA Sales organization ensuring marketing is a direct accelerant to revenue.

  • Champion content and brand localization: Partner with global teams to adapt messaging, create localized content, and build regional thought leadership and customer case studies.

  • Orchestrate regional events: Plan, promote, and execute North American trade shows, executive roundtables, and webinars — with a focus on engagement quality and measurable ROI.

  • Leverage marketing technology: Use CRM, MAP, analytics, SEO/SEM, and paid media tools to optimize campaigns and measure attribution.

  • Be the regional expert: Bring insight into North American manufacturing markets, cultures, and buyer behaviors to inform strategy and improve market penetration.

  • Own metrics and budget: Set and track performance KPIs (CPL, CAC, pipeline contribution) and manage regional marketing budgets effectively.

What you bring

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or industrial technology.

  • Proven success driving net new pipeline in enterprise B2B markets — experience selling into large manufacturing or industrial organizations, with customer marketing exposure to understand the full account lifecycle.

  • Comfort using modern AI tools to support research, content development, analytics, and day-to-day marketing workflows.

  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute demand generation and ABM strategies that create measurable pipeline impact.

  • Experience managing and scaling regional teams or agency partners.

  • Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and analytics (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, paid media platforms).

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with an eye for high-quality content and brand consistency.

  • A data-driven mindset and comfort managing budgets, KPIs, and reporting.

  • Fluency in English required; French speaking a plus.
