Talent Management Specialist (6 month contract)

Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for learning and talent programs, including registration tracking, calendar management, meeting invites, and session materials
- Manage participant lists, attendance, and follow-up activities including training assessments and post-session evaluations
- Support onboarding, leadership development, and talent initiatives through strong operational execution
- Provide on-the-day support for training sessions, workshops, and events (virtual and in-person), including room setup, technology coordination, materials distribution, and trainer support
- Assist with minor event planning such as scheduling, logistics coordination, and participant communications
- Act as a key point of contact during sessions to ensure a smooth learner and facilitator experience
- Create and manage training assessments and post-program evaluations to support learning effectiveness and continuous improvement
- Compile and track participation, completion, and feedback data using Excel and basic reporting tools
- Support simple data analysis and summaries to help Learning Partners understand trends and outcomes
- Draft and send clear, engaging communications to participants, facilitators, and stakeholders (emails, instructions, reminders, follow-ups)
- Support communication delivery before, during, and after programs
- Complete minor design work (e.g., program slides, one-pagers, invitations, job aids) using Canva or similar tools, following existing templates and brand guidelines
- Complete administrative tasks including document preparation, survey setup, data entry, and file management
- Maintain accurate records related to programs, assessments, schedules, and materials
- Balance multiple priorities with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or program support role supporting learning, talent, HR, or professional development programs
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable drafting clear, professional communications
- Demonstrates curiosity and a proactive mindset, identifying opportunities to improve processes, solve problems, and enhance the learner experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (tracking, basic formulas, organizing and summarizing data)
- Experience creating or supporting training assessments, surveys, or feedback tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools for light visual and content creation
- Experience working with learning management systems (LMS), registration tools, or survey platforms
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to support live sessions and events and adapt quickly as needs change
