(US) Product Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product positioning, value propositions and messaging that resonate with the buying audience and product the source messaging blueprint or positioning guide
- Lead product launches, including strategy, KPI development, and creation of tools and collateral; assist with product naming and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing peers to drive development of a variety of content including sales decks, solution sheets, customer references, thought leadership and campaign assets
- Collaborate with the partner managers to provide guidance on marketing best practices and ensure alignment with PointClickCare guidelines.
- Enable sales by communicating product value propositions and delivering sales tools that support the selling process.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for complex sales inquiries, customer education, and roadmap updates; lead sales training on new products and enhancements.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence and customer insights, including buying criteria, regulatory considerations, and segment-specific demands; maintain awareness of partner offerings and their synergies or competitive threats.
- Align closely with members of product management team and Marketplace partner team to facilitate the appropriate flow of information between the teams.
- Collaborate with marketing programs, brand, and digital teams to ensure consistent product themes across campaigns and events.
- Develop and distribute public-facing product launch materials; contribute to blogs, presentations, and webinars to showcase product and market strengths.
- Work with customers to create case studies, references, and testimonials.
- Work collaboratively with internal sales and marketing teams to educate them on ways to concisely demonstrate the strengths and features of our products and enhancements to both existing and prospective customers.
- Provide guidance to marketing teams on themes for programs and events, ensuring they are equipped with content to deliver to customers/prospects.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to build consensus and drive shared outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor degree; advanced degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience desirable
- 4-6 years in product marketing experience
- Experience with Product Management and/or Product Marketing principles such as Practical Product Management or Pragmatic Marketing. Certification in Pragmatic Marketing or SiriusDecisions Product marketing a plus.
- Experience with B2B SaaS healthcare technology required.
- Experience with partner marketing highly preferred.
- AI Fluency and/or use of M365 Copilot
- Industry experience in the segment a definite asset
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, from writing collateral and web copy to presentations that deliver business concepts and moderately technical concepts to a diverse audience-base
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
- Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, decision making, and organization skills
- A “roll up the sleeves” attitude; a self-starting orientation with the intense drive to “make things happen"
