The Strategic Program Manager is responsible for delivering implementation related projects across a hospital or health system, state, region, or market. In this role, you will oversee the work of multiple client services teams and team members. You will not directly manage people, but instead are accountable for the on time, in scope, on budget work that the team is delivering. This role is a senior individual contributor, overseeing a portfolio of strategic initiatives. You hold a leadership role on projects and are responsible for coordinating with other delivery team leaders to manage the distribution of client work amongst team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress.
- Managing and utilizing resources across projects.
- Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the customers change manager.
- Defining the program governance (controls).
- Managing the program’s budget.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years project management experience

- 5+ years project management experience or 2 years program management experience

At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The US base salary range for this position is $126,500- $136,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
