Position Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the management, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's HCMS, HR tech stack, business processes, data, and reporting and analytics strategy, in addition to providing “hands-on” technical guidance and execution, as needed, as part of the Systems team. You will lead a team of systems professionals and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the effective utilization and optimization of HR technology solutions. Your role will involve providing strategic guidance, driving process efficiency, managing data integrity, and delivering high-quality HCMS services to support the HR function and Corporate to meet the organization's overall goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategy and implementation of all HR systems and identify and mature the needed tools and functionality to enable people processes, to include leading the requirement definition for tools, reporting, systems, and processes
  • Drive discipline throughout our HCMS and business processes to ensure a consistent and repeatable experience for stakeholders and own the delivery, documentation, and effectiveness of core HR operations and processes, systems of record, and communication protocols with other functions such as Finance, Office of the CIO, Payroll, and Legal
  • Drive the HR analytics strategy and data insights: lead the generation of appropriate data metrics and reports across the employee lifecycle, create a plan for tracking and reporting to PointClickCare's broader leadership team in partnership with the HR leadership team and manage and develop the HCMS and data analytics team member(s).
  • Contribute to the creation of HR strategy and roadmaps with respect to HR Systems, support cross functional collaboration, and drive and/or support company-wide people experience initiatives to increase employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Lead the management and any future implementation of our HCMS, including system configuration, data integrity, security, and user support; support feature releases and issue resolution, working with business users, IT, vendors, and other support teams to define scope, prioritize, plan, and implement system changes and enhancements
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring service level agreements are met and issues are resolved promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in HRIS/integrated HCMS management, including hands-on experience with deploying and optimizing HR IT systems, configuration, and support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong HR functional expertise with technology, operations, and implementations, systems, data and analytics and the ability to act as primary authority on HCMS configurations, combining expert-level proficiency in the systems and solutions with the understanding the functional HR processes
  • Interface with IT to drive technical solutions, estimate work efforts, define milestones, and provide hands on leadership; develops HR IT Strategy & Roadmap inclusive of critical investment plan aligned with the strategic needs of HR in close partnership with key stakeholders from HR and corresponding IT teams
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships at all levels of the organization and work as a “hands-on” manager and a willingness to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgment and proven experience handling confidential and sensitive information with the ability to exercise discretion and show good judgment; honesty, integrity, and trust-building behaviors in all dealings is essential and required in this role
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team; ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships at all levels of the organization

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in the tech industry a plus
  • Experience with multiple HCMS, to include, SAP Success factors, Workday, and/or UKG
  • Experience with configuring/supporting ServiceNow HRSD
