ABOUT THE ROLE:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer care experiences? Are you skilled in handling inquiries and providing timely resolutions? Plusgrade, a leading travel technology company, is seeking a dedicated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Partner Operations Manager (Tel Aviv, Israel)!
As a Partner Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent support to our valued partners and ensuring their success. Your primary responsibilities will include handling Tier 1 inbound requests, managing the partner onboarding process, and analyzing partner inquiries to identify improvement opportunities while collaborating with the product and R&D team. You are committed to delivering top-notch customer care and contributing to the overall success of our partners.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Managing the technical onboarding process for new partners
• Running training sessions to get our partners engaged and ready to use our product
• Communicating and actively engaging partners to increase revenue and usage
• Championing partner requests and concerns to improve our product
YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:
• Entry Level: 0-2 years of experience
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. (English/Hebrew)
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
