ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Marketing Operations Specialist at Plusgrade, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the management of the marketing tech stack. You will be a driving force behind enabling commercial growth from personalization and multivariate testing. You are a builder who works well with autonomy and loves collaborating across multiple departments across the business.
Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Operations, you will:
-Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and other stakeholders to consult on Salesforce Marketing Cloud build and integration
-Work with Partner Marketing and the Analytics & Insights teams to manage segmentation/personalization, create engaging multivariate tests, build and optimize user journeys, make changes to content, and run campaigns for our partners
-Establish and maintain end-to-end campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which includes, review, approvals, measurement, and insights
-Design scalable processes to accommodate the company's growth
-Manage testing initiatives across various channels throughout the user journey
-Continuously enhance internal systems for improved efficiency
-Create and keep up-to-date documentation
-Propose and implement innovative marketing processes and strategies, leveraging the latest trends and technologies to ensure -Plusgrade stays ahead in the competitive landscape
-Take ownership of marketing operations from conception to execution, including ideation, planning, and implementation
-Be the go-to person for all aspects of marketing operations
YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:
3+ years of experience in marketing operations
2+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; certification preferred
Strong understanding of marketing operations, including campaign management, data analytics, and marketing automation
Creative problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
Passion for designing processes that scale
Knowledge of HTML and CSS
Familiarity with webhooks and API integration
An entrepreneurial mindset
A self-starter approach and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving objectives
Ability to be resourceful and adaptable to evolving challenges
