ABOUT THE ROLE:
Plusgrade is seeking an experienced People Operations Coordinator to join our People team. As a People Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing daily HR processes and enhancing employee experience. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and programs. You’ll work closely with the People team to ensure smooth communication and efficient management of operations. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in human resources and directly contribute to creating a positive and dynamic workplace environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
HRIS System Management:
-Manage the end-to-end HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and protecting employee privacy
Employee Documentation:
-Manage employee files and documents efficiently.
Reporting and Letters:
-Create standard and ad-hoc reports and letters, such as headcount/turnover reports and employment confirmation letters.
Employee Support:
-Provide first-line support for employee requests via various communication platforms.
Benefits Administration:
-Reconcile vendor and benefits invoices.
-Conduct regular system audits.
-Administer tenure recognition program and corporate perks.
-Track retirement plan eligibility.
Talent Acquisition Support:
-Handle pre-onboarding tasks such as background checks, opening IT tickets, and other activities.
-Manage the posting and translation of job descriptions.
-Administer the offer process, including sending offer letters, tracking signatures, and managing documents.
Process Improvements:
-Identify and propose solutions for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
General Support:
-Provide general support for the People team.
YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
-Prior experience in HR operations.
-Proficiency in HRIS systems, such as BambooHR, Payroll Systems, and Lever.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
