We are looking for a Frontend Tech Lead to join our Admin Console Software Engineering team practicing Agile with backend and frontend engineers. The Console team focuses on the management of our internal and partner-facing administrative tool, which enables the configuration, support and reporting on all Points products.

Help build an incredibly motivated and collaborative team working across a breadth of technologies with end-to-end visibility and ownership of our tech stack. • Reporting to the Director, Software Engineering, you will join a multidisciplinary team where you will:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of frontend engineers

• Take responsibility for your team’s technical health; architecture, best practices, reliability, security

• Develop modern frontend applications

• Improve developer and user experience through thoughtful design, rigorous testing and clear documentation

• Facilitate contentious discussions and report up regularly

• Mentor and coach your team members in order to help them grow as technical contributors and leaders

• Spend up to 50% of your time on hands-on development tasks

• Collaborate with scrum masters, product owners, analysts and other stakeholders

• Play an important role in helping us to deliver high-quality products to our partners and customers

• Help foster teamwork, cooperation and communication

• Experience leading software projects or development teams

• Experience designing and developing single-page applications
