ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will leverage your outstanding attention to detail and communication skills to set and maintain quality standards for Points Loyalty Commerce Solutions.
• This role reports to the Team Lead, Loyalty Commerce Solution. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
• Document, train and onboard team members on the standards of QA practices
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for warranty solutions.
• Gather solution requirements by working directly with our Loyalty Program Partners & Internal Stakeholders to define test cases
implement robust testing processes, including test planning, test case creation, test execution, and defect management for suite of LCR products
• Ensure the solutions we deploy are of the highest quality using appropriate QA methodologies and champion issue resolution.
• Effectively communicate, across many channels, your progress with your team & stakeholder
• Provide guidance to others on the team on testing best practices
Lead or provide support on QA Resources management
YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:
• Experience with automated testing platforms such as Selenium
• Experience with designing test plans for front-end applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON is an asset
• Knowledge of scripting languages for test automation (JS, Python) is an asset
