•Act as the conduit between BD and the following teams for sales and contract stages:

Fraud, Accounting & Remittance, Finance & Modelling, Compliance & Data Security, Delivery, Product, Partner Support Product Marketing and Data Science and Analytics.

•Ensure the BD team is up to date with product enhancements and functionality, including:

MTSF, SFN, Commerce CloudPayment Options w/ AdyenOffers Engine - V2Legal Templates

•Manage the Salesforce pipelineDashboards, reports, tracking individual and team targets

•Assist in the creation of presentations, and where appropriate - participate in sales opportunitiesEnsure we have and are using the most relevant and up to date case studiesThe request for the creation of new case studiesThe creation of demo’s

•2-3 years experience in a support, marketing, or operational roles

•Contract negotiation experience

•Ability to manage various calendars

•Data and reporting experience

•Presentation preparation skills
