About the Role
As a Senior Support Engineer, you will design, create, and deliver a range of IT services across the organization. You will work closely with the DevSecOps team to automate zero-touch deployment of end-user devices, monitor and maintain device performance and security, and improve company efficiency through IT tooling and processes.

What You'll Do
Help build, grow, and scale our business by defining, architecting, building, and maintaining the MDM infrastructure and IT tooling for the organization.
Deploy industry best practices and technologies to streamline our IT software stack and operations.
Develop IT tools and processes to support staff efficiency and excellence.
Ensure solid technical documentation for solutions delivered.
Live and promote our company values.
Your Background
Computer Science degree or equivalent.
7+ years of Desktop Engineering experience.
Strong experience automating zero-touch deployment of Windows and Mac OS devices.
Strong experience with Windows Intune, Jamf, Windows 11, Mac OS, and Endpoint security.
Strong experience with Powershell and/or Zsh scripting across a fleet of Windows and Mac OS devices.
Passionate technologist with a desire to expand their knowledge and skill as well as share and mentor team members.
Experience working remotely and/or working with teams that are distributed geographically.
Strive for continuous improvement and belief in collective success.
Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bonus Points
Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Teams Administrator Associate.
Jamf Certified Associate for Jamf Pro.
Power User and administration of ClickUp, Notion, and Miro.
Experience with Power Automate and low-code solutions.
