You’re pivotal to our success as we look to increase our customer base from 8,500 to 14,000 by the end of 2023. As the Director of Partnerships, you will develop deep partnerships with Accounting and Bookkeeping firms to build high value and influence. In collaboration with our Marketing and Product teams, you’ll also help scale our product and customer base as you support the GTM strategies. As our first Partnerships hire, you’ll have the opportunity to build on our existing approaches and take them to a new level. This is a great opportunity for you to come in, make an immediate impact and establish best practices to scale.
Partnership Strategy: build and execute a best-in-class partnership program to drive prospects and sales opportunities across Canada (and North America).
Prospecting and Relationship Building: identify, assess, and build new opportunities, agreements, and partnerships to improve customer value continuously.
GTM: partner with the marketing and product teams to deliver best practices, tactics, and assets to increase customer acquisition.
You’ve been an integral part of fast-growing, high-performing tech companies throughout your career as a partnership or channel expert. As a SME in the space, you have in-depth knowledge across sales management and fintech. You bring a meaningful network of Financial professionals, specifically in the Accountant and Bookkeeper space. You are also a hands-on doer who can double up as a Player Coach. Plootonians are data-driven and so are you; you are curious by nature and dig into the quantitative aspects of previous roles. As a Leader in the space, you have a network of peers who can act as advisors as well as attract and retain high-performing Plootonians.
