FactSet is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Buy Side Professional Services team. In this role, you will lead complex implementation and transformation projects for clients across EMEA, including asset servicers and asset managers. Our Professional Services Group plays a pivotal role in partnering with clients to deliver comprehensive solutions and drive meaningful change within their organizations. As a Project Manager, you will leverage exceptional communication and leadership skills, combined with a passion for achieving successful client outcomes. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2–3 days per week in the office.

What You'll Do:

• Manages project plans: tracking, monitoring, and communicating project progress, requirements, quality measures, controlling of scope, and change control processes
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
• Clearly communicate product vision, execution plan and development status with key stakeholders
• Coach and mentor others on the Enterprise Solutions team
• Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• 5-9 years of experience in a project management or client delivery role, preferably within financial services, fintech, or professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong Project management and problem solving skills
• Previous client facing experience
• Proven leadership skills, including mentoring junior staff, managing stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written; capable of presenting to senior stakeholders

Desired Skills

• PMP certification would be beneficial
• Previous experience within financial or technology sector
