The Benchmark and Indices Product Manager will run 1 to many Agile teams for the Benchmark and Indices business line. The Product Manager understands the big picture, is an innovative thinker, and aligns products with the Benchmark and Index roadmap. The Product Manager must be able to build partnerships and clearly communicate across the entire organization. The Benchmark and Indices Product manager will partner with all FactSet Business Units and work with key internal teams such in Product management, Engineering, Data, and Integration teams to ensure product backlog is healthy and prioritized on an ongoing basis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong partner to Agile teams to ensure alignment to product goals and priorities.
Can establish connection with stakeholders and gather client feedback and determine necessary adjustments to backlog.
Balance priorities between tactical outcomes and necessary strategic decisions to ensure business outcomes through collaboration.
Understands bigger picture and how initiatives fit in with overall Markets strategy.
Identify and track dependencies within and outside of Agile team.
Influence Agile teams to collaborate and focus on delivering “shippable” products.
Team player with a strong desire to learn about Content, Technology and Market Data
Objective thinker who can work with the team to identify issues and risks and work to remove impediments.
Strong communicator who can adjust the message depending on audience and can provide clarity on progress at any point during the product lifecycle.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, economics, or similar field
3-5 years of experience in the product ownership role working with Agile teams.
Innovative thinker and visionary of a plan.
Excellent product manager that can plan 2-3 steps ahead of the team and surface hidden risks 2-3 levels deep within the team.
Proficient in creating / ‘refining’ product backlogs, writing user stories and developing acceptance criteria.
Strategic thinker, business savvy, and possess a deep passion for delivering value to customers.
Persuasive: Is experienced in influencing teams and stakeholders in a global, cross-functional environment
Knowledgeable: Knows the context / market and understands Index data and Market data
Has a strong track record on delivering valuable products on time?
Strong product instinct to build great product vision, product roadmap and competitive analysis.
Excellent analytical skills, and data driven approach to constantly analyze user feedback and analytics report.
