Help shape the future of Pixieset’s Client Gallery - the core product trusted by over 1.5 million photographers and creative professionals worldwide. As a Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in evolving one of our most impactful experiences, improving how photographers deliver, share, and elevate their client interactions.

You’ll lead meaningful initiatives within a growing product area, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and senior Product leaders. From discovery and scoping through launch and iteration, you’ll own projects end-to-end and deliver features that enhance workflow efficiency and the client experience. This role is ideal for a PM who thrives in collaborative environments, communicates with clarity, and is motivated by building high-quality products at scale.

Your Impact

• Execute our strategy and product vision, and influence the product roadmap for new features and improvements
• Collaborate with Leadership, Engineering, Product, and Design to launch new features, manage releases, and oversee cross-functional dependencies
• Develop low-fidelity wireframes to explore and validate ideas
• Translate concepts into detailed product requirements for various stakeholders
• Partner with designers to create high-fidelity, user-friendly experiences
• Analyze market trends and competitors, owning the idea management process
• Track and report on product performance and impact
• Deliver a best-in-class product for Pixieset users

Role Requirements

• Ability to deliver SaaS product initiatives from discovery through launch, driving measurable impact at scale
• Proven track record of shipping impactful features in collaboration with Engineering and Design
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, define clear problem statements, and articulate the rationale behind product decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong product documentation
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectively
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing within a growing product area

The typical salary range for this position is CAD $95,000 - $131,250 annually. Salary offered will be based on skills, experience and market data.
