Your position:

Our future International Sales Manager is a Europe-based Global Sales Hunter for our Site‑Level Emission Measurement Solutions.

Are you a true hunter — someone who lives for opening doors, winning new business, and conquering new markets? Then this is your stage.

We are expanding our global footprint in site‑level emission measurement solutions, including cutting‑edge technologies such as drone‑based quantification, and we’re looking for a relentless deal‑closer to accelerate our growth worldwide.

This is not an account management role. This is pure hunting. Pure impact. Pure growth.

What you will do:

  • Identify, target, and win new clients across the globe (oil & gas, energy, industrial sectors)
  • Build your own pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and outreach
  • Lead full sales cycles — from first contact to contract signature
  • Translate customer challenges into sharp, value‑driven solutions
  • Position our site‑level measurement offering as a premium, differentiated solution
  • Collaborate with technical experts to craft competitive proposals
  • Negotiate and close high‑value international deals
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings worldwide

Who you are

  • A pure hunter with a passion for new logo acquisition
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in a technical or industrial environment
  • Proven ability to build a pipeline from scratch and close complex deals
  • Experience in oil & gas, energy, or industrial services is a strong plus
  • Comfortable selling technical, high‑value solutions
  • International mindset and willingness to travel globally
  • Strong communicator and negotiator
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Experience in emissions, environmental services, inspection, measurement, or drone‑based solutions
  • Existing network in the energy or industrial sector

Eligibility:

This role is remote and open to candidates based anywhere in Europe. Relevant candidates must hold a passport that allows unrestricted global travel. This ensures alignment with time zones, customer availability, and international mobility requirements.

This is a remote position with global travel requirements. Occasional on‑site presence at our Belgium office may be required.
