We value clarity, curiosity, and speed.</p><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul> <li>Strong technical background (software engineering or applied ML)</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Experience creating technical content: tutorials, demos, blog posts, talks</li> <li>Comfort engaging with developer communities online and in person</li> </ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul> <li>Public speaking or conference experience</li> <li>Familiarity with speech/ML ecosystems (PyTorch, ONNX, WebAssembly)</li> <li>Prior experience in a startup or open-source project</li> <li>Ability to make engaging video content or live demos</li> </ul>
