Fast-growing and VC-backed AI startup seeks a talented data-driven sales leader to find the right audience for Picovoice and share its story with them. The ability to learn extremely fast and hit targets on a tight schedule is critical. Top-notch communication skills are essential. Expect to work with motivated, smart, and intense peers.
You’ll have a front-row seat to see the disruption in the Voice AI market and be the disruption. Your compensation will be uncapped and performance-based.
Requirements
- Drive to achieve: Strategic thinking ability with operational excellence to get things done without sacrificing quality
- Be scrappy and resourceful: Take ownership to drive results in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
- Strong communications skills: Ability to dot the i's and cross the t's with no guidance (metaphorically and literally) to reach out to technology decision-makers such as CTOs, CIOs…
- Grit and resilience: Good at finding ways to motivate yourself (and others) in the face of challenges, objections and rejections
- Work hard and smart: Exceptionally organized with a sense of what to prioritize
Preferred
- Creative outbound prospecting or market research experience
- Prior startup or voice AI experience
