What we're looking for


We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketer to develop and execute performance-focused marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI across paid media channels. This role is essential to optimizing customer acquisition funnels, ensuring campaigns are continually refined for maximum efficiency, and driving high-value traffic to Phoenix.

As the Performance Marketer, you will lead and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will collaborate closely with the product, creative, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are highly targeted, measurable, and optimized for success. Your ability to blend strategic planning with hands-on execution will directly impact our ability to acquire new customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across paid media channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).

  • Optimize customer acquisition funnels, ensuring that campaigns are efficient, scalable, and driving high-quality traffic to the website.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to segment and target audiences, tailoring campaigns to maximize conversion rates and customer acquisition costs (CAC).

  • Conduct ongoing performance analysis using key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative teams to produce compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that enhance conversion rates.

  • Implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other optimization techniques to continuously refine and improve campaign performance.

  • Monitor and manage budget allocation, ensuring efficient spend across channels.

  • Report regularly on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize media strategies.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging channels, and new tools to innovate and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Drive the creation and execution of retargeting strategies to convert high-intent traffic into customers.

  • Work with the broader marketing team to align performance marketing strategies with overall brand objectives and customer lifecycle strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid media channels.

  • Proven track record of running and optimizing successful performance-driven campaigns in a fast-paced, data-oriented environment.

  • Expertise with performance marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

  • A solid understanding of multiple digital marketing analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Google / Meta Ads

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and how to use data to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.

  • Experience managing substantial budgets with a focus on driving cost-effective customer acquisition.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, generating insights that inform strategy and improve campaign outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams to execute integrated campaigns.

  • Proven track record of growing conversion volume within CAC targets

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • You’ve done it before, at scale. You have some hard-won lessons from the industry, and bring a deep understanding of performance marketing
