About the Role

The Logistics and Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for customers using PheedLoop’s on-site solutions. Sitting at the intersection of logistics and customer experience, you will support customers directly while ensuring all hardware, supplies, and event operations run smoothly.

Your Impact & Responsibility

Here at PheedLoop, we're rapidly expanding our on-site service capabilities. You will be at the center of ensuring all logistics and operations related to hardware, consumables, staffing and overall coordination are being effectively managed, while also supporting customers throughout their event journey.

You will be tasked with the following main responsibilities:

  • Acting as a primary support contact for customers during event setup and execution
  • Supporting customers with hardware setup, troubleshooting, and real-time issue resolution
  • Guiding customers through best practices for using PheedLoop hardware and software
  • Coordinating outbound and return shipping of event kits with customer timelines in mind
  • Ensuring all hardware and consumables are prepared based on customer-specific requirements
  • Traveling on-site to events to support customers directly and ensure successful execution
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly
  • Periodic work after-hours on weekends are required; ample notice is provided in advance
  • Developing expertise with PheedLoop's event management software suite

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of logistics, inventory, customer support, customer service or related experience preferred
  • A university/college/post-secondary education is required, with a relevant program (Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics) preferred. Recent graduates welcome
  • Strong technical ability to quickly understand the technical aspects of PheedLoop
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support customers in a clear and approachable manner
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure critical hardware and consumables are being delivered on time
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to navigate uncertainty
