What Will Your Impact Be?
As a Sales Coordinator at PheedLoop, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth. Working in a high-paced, dynamic environment, you’ll take ownership of our sales pipeline, focusing on prospecting, managing inbound leads, and booking qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Data Enrichment
- Own the inbound lead process—qualify, organize, and route leads to the appropriate sales reps.
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure sales reps have the right collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, etc.).
- Assist in agreement and contract creation, ensuring smooth approval processes.
- Coordinate campaign efforts between Sales and Marketing—ensuring outreach aligns with demand-gen initiatives.
- Maintain internal documentation of sales processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Monitor pipeline metrics and report on lead performance to optimize conversion strategies.
- Support Head of Sales with administrative tasks, meeting coordination, and data reporting.
- Scrape and enrich enterprise lead data using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ensure CRM data hygiene—keep records updated and create processes for accurate lead tracking.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
Must-Have Skills and Experience:
- At least 1 year of sales development experience.
- Familiarity with CRMs and sales automation technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to qualify prospects and handle objections in real-time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English), with examples of professional content.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
- A university or college degree (recent graduates are welcome).
Bonus Skills (All-Star Qualities):
- Experience working in fast-paced tech companies, SaaS, or startups.
- Knowledge of the events industry, either through work experience or education.
- Content creation experience.
