The Opportunity
We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will analyze pricing data, develop pricing strategies, and support go-to-market initiatives to drive revenue growth and profitability across our global teams. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to ensure pricing decisions are data-driven, competitive, and aligned with business goals.
What You Will Do:
- Analyze market trends, competitive pricing, and internal performance metrics to support data-backed pricing decisions
- Develop and maintain pricing models, tools, and dashboards to evaluate the financial impact of pricing strategies
- Partner with Sales and Finance to structure custom enterprise deals, ensuring pricing aligns with value delivered
- Provide pricing recommendations for new services, bundles, and promotional offers
- Monitor pricing performance, identify gaps, and recommend optimizations based on customer segments, service tiers, and market changes
- Support contract negotiations by modelling financial outcomes and scenario planning
- Contribute to annual pricing reviews and strategy sessions with senior leadership
- Ensure pricing governance and compliance with internal policies and financial controls
Who You Are:
- You have 2–5 years of experience in pricing analysis, revenue operations, financial modeling, or a similar analytical role
- You have strong Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is strongly preferred
- You are analytical, organized, and have strong problem-solving skills
- You are able to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- You are comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Experience in a Services, SaaS or B2B environment is considered an asset
- Experience with Salesforce is considered an asset
