Your Focus

• Serve as a trusted business partner to leaders in our Revenue/Operations team, supporting a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.
• Use data to identify improvement areas and advise on all aspects of your role.
• Support our global workforce planning and collaborate closely with our recruiting team.
• Take ownership of HR programs, including onboarding, feedback, engagement, performance, recognition, and total compensation.
• Coach and guide managers on employee relations concerns.
• Drive team growth through career development initiatives.
• Ensure legislative compliance.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies and opportunities to automate people programs, workflows, and processes.
• Manage and maintain the HR Tech Stack (Sapling, Lattice, Jazz HR, WorkforceNow).
• Lead the implementation of UKG to replace the existing tech stack.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
• CHRP/CHRL designation preferred.
• Experience using UKG preferred.
• Strong business acumen with a proven ability to impact all organizational levels.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with bonus points for experience with Revenue/Operations teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Canadian employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.
• Technically savvy with experience using various HR systems.
