The Customer Support team is responsible for the lifecycle of our users: Coaching them to success with the product and creating “7-star” memorable experiences. As a remote Customer Support Agent, you will build relationships with our users through phone, email and live chat. Coaching them on how to grow their businesses, supporting them to optimize their accounts, and solving issues as they arise.


Daily goals:
  • Coaching users on how to grow their business
  • Educating users on how to get the full value out of their subscriptions
  • Identifying upsell opportunities during customer interactions
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce churn for existing users
  • Outreach to existing users identified as needing engagement to reduce churn
  • Create fans from our users
  • Data-driven optimization of current customer success processes
  • Projects aimed at automating processes and reducing reactive functions
  • Responding to incoming support queries
  • Routing incoming contacts to the correct NiceJob stakeholders
  • Provide product feedback to product team

Additional Requirements:
  • Experience within a customer support environment is an asset
  • Previous experience with Intercom and Stripe an asset
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills
  • Fluency in French an asset
  • Willingness to work PST office hours
