We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our growing team and develop data-driven strategies for some of the top fintechs and lenders across the globe. This is a fantastic opportunity to get in on the ground floor of this start-up and help shape the culture and trajectory of our company.

What will you do?

• Develop strategic, data-driven solutions for fintechs and lenders to help them transform their business
• Build bespoke lending strategies and credit policies, leveraging machine learning and NPV models
• Conduct analysis and market research to help determine pricing strategy for new product development
• Design data-driven marketing solutions that reduce cost-to-acquire and increase customer growth
• Lead client-facing projects and work with the team to ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Attend conferences, industry meet-ups, and client sales presentations to aid in new business development
• Collaborate with team members in an agile environment on the creation and implementation of project work

Who are you?

• 3+ years of experience as an analyst, management consultant, or equivalent role as a strategic decision-maker, leveraging data and models
• University degree in Commerce, Engineering, or similar quantitative field
• Strong quantitative skills with a working knowledge of statistics
• Excellent problem solver who leverages data and analytics, in conjunction with solid judgement and intuition, to make decisions
• Highly motivated, self-starter who can operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills who can collaborate well with product owners, data scientists, and engineers
• Results-focused, with a proven track record of delivering high quality work on time
