Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration & Revenue Operations
- Serve as primary administrator for Salesforce CRM.
- Maintain data integrity, account structures, lead routing, opportunity management, and user permissions.
- Design and optimize workflows, automations, reports, and CRM processes.
- Support integration of Salesforce with marketing automation, event management, and business intelligence platforms.
- Develop and maintain lead lifecycle and attribution models.
- Manage CRM data hygiene initiatives and governance policies.
- Provide training and support for sales and marketing users.
Required
- 3–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations.
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
- Advanced reporting and dashboard development experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Experience supporting B2B marketing and sales organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing programs, particularly for cybersecurity, manufacturing technology, industrial technology, SaaS, or B2B technology companies.
- Experience working with government, defense, aerospace, or critical infrastructure markets.
