The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of Palitronica’s Anvil platform, associated software, services, and support offerings. Working closely with technical subject matter experts, marketing, business development, and executive leadership, the Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle from prospect identification through contract execution.
The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B technology sales professional with a proven ability to sell complex solutions into electronics manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, reliability, and operations environments. Candidates should be comfortable engaging with technical stakeholders, navigating long sales cycles, and articulating the business value of advanced testing, quality assurance, and supply chain assurance technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Account Management
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within electronics manufacturing, aerospace, defense, automotive, industrial, and high-reliability sectors.
- Manage the complete sales process, including prospecting, discovery, solution development, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outreach, referrals, events, and partner channels.
- Build trusted relationships with engineering, manufacturing, quality, reliability, operations, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
- Understand customer manufacturing, quality, and supply chain challenges and align Palitronica solutions to measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support evaluations, pilot projects, proof-of-concept engagements, and customer onboarding.
Required
- 5–10 years of successful B2B sales experience in technology, manufacturing, industrial automation, test and measurement, quality systems, or enterprise solutions.
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, manufacturing leaders, quality professionals, procurement teams, and executive decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Experience selling test and measurement equipment, manufacturing technology, quality assurance solutions, industrial software, cybersecurity solutions, or related technologies.
- Experience selling into electronics manufacturing services (EMS), OEMs, aerospace, defense, automotive, medical device, or industrial manufacturing organizations.
- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, quality systems, reliability testing, counterfeit detection, or supply chain assurance.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, hardware security, trusted electronics, or risk management frameworks.
- Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators, or strategic alliances.
