Overview

Palitronica builds security and reliability technology at the intersection of hardware, firmware, ML, and software. Our flagship product Anvil is deployed from the lab to the field, with tight integration across devices, edge software, and cloud services. We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Program Manager to orchestrate multi-team, date-bound programs—from PI features to field deployments and trade-show demos. You’ll own the integrated plan, dependencies, and risk so teams can focus on building.

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery for programs spanning HW/FW/ML/SW (e.g., PI features, customer data captures, trade-show demos).
  • Build and drive a lightweight delivery system: program brief, integrated plan (milestones & critical path), risk log (triggers/owners/mitigations), dependency board, and exit criteria for release/field readiness.
  • Make schedule/scope/capacity trades in partnership with Product, EMs/TLs, and Architecture.
  • Run weekly program reviews pulling signals from issue tracking software and test dashboards.
  • Track vendor and hardware lead-time risks and align them with timelines.
  • Coordinate release readiness with QA/Release and DevOps: gate criteria, cut branches, envs, and handoffs to Ops/Field.
  • Serve as the single schedule interface for internal stakeholders and, when needed, for customer-facing dates.

Must-have Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years in Program/TPM roles delivering cross-discipline tech.
  • Proven track record landing date-bound programs with external dependencies (vendors, compliance, or customer schedules).
  • Strong systems sense: can reason about hardware lead times, firmware readiness, cloud rollout risks, and ML lifecycle.
  • Fluency with Agile at team level and program-level planning (critical path, buffers, dependency management).
  • Excellent communication: concise written updates, crisp stakeholder alignment, calm under pressure.

Nice-to-have

  • Exposure to hardware validation workflows.
  • Experience coordinating field deployments or customer pilots.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD and test automation dashboards.
  • Security, reliability, or safety-critical background.
