Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Global Program Administrator with project management skills and have working knowledge of Rockwell Automation products to help drive adoption of Rockwell Automation's products & services and interact with customers to ensure quality of deliverables. You will report to the Director, Program Management and Industry Technology Office and will be working on a remote basis in Alberta.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will provide the best customer experience to our customers across the various global OEM/SI's in helping build the required solution for our new greenfield facilities.
- Provided administrative support for critical demand orders for select customers
- Maintain and update customer data and generates reports to support local office sales teams.
- You will be responsible for understanding and managing expectations of internal & external stakeholders to achieve project success and strengthen Rockwell's partnership with the End User and the supplier ecosystem that includes OEM's SI's and RA distributors.
- Demonstrate commercial experience and aptitude working directly with End User Customers, RA OEM Team, RA Sales Team & RA Distribution Team.
- Proactive tracking of orders to ensure there is no delay in delivery across the various stake holders Having a single point of contact for this order to our customer.
- Success measured by customer experience feedback and the project delivery timeline Ensure financial tracking Help Manage and track concession / Rebate accounting process for RA orders as applicable on the project.
- Develop, engage and grow RA share the using program management team, disciplines and tools
- Work with, lead & coach remote and diverse Global Teams and collaborate with individuals at various levels within an organization.
- Identification & mitigation of commercial & technical risks. Facilitate and document meetings internally with the \ Sales team and externally with End user and OEMs and Sis
- Work with the RA Quality Leads, planners and Product Business Units to manage product quality issues as required Supporting sales personnel and interact directly with some customer(s)
- Supports DCRM Platform as well as utilize Microsoft Tools for data mining and reporting Access to regional SAP and PowerBI tools to query critical parts Interacting with customer care personnel within the GPO organization Identifying specific customer orders that require immediate attention
- Coordinating with distributors RA deliveries for specific customers Coordinates internal/external meetings, small events; assists with some travel around meeting logistics
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelors degree
- The ability to travel 10% of the time.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, marketing, engineering, or a technical discipline
- Typically requires no previous professional experience
- Experience in administrative support Microsoft Office Suite experience Proficient in using e-mail, Microsoft Outlook experience preferred
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; fluent in speaking and writing in English
- Problem-solve and respond to unique situations in the appropriate manner
- Take initiative and use sound judgment to complete tasks in an innovative way
- Be responsive, proactive and provide attention to detail
- Perceive the purpose of a project and work towards the end goal
- Knowledge of Rockwell Automation products and services
- Experience with SAP and SharePoint
- Thorough understanding of the Rockwell Automation organization from distribution and sales to the product & services businesses
- Experience in commercial awareness and understanding about interfacing with End User and OEM customers.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or formal training in Project Management is highly desirable.
