Job Description
Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Mumbai, India
Job Summary:
As a Account Manager- New Market you will be responsible for successful achievement of AOP (A/C Packages) through effective alignment, execution and accomplishment of Growth Initiative goals for the assigned accounts. You will have 5 or more years of experience.
You will Sell company's products and/or services to existing named accounts within a geographic territory. You will maintain relationships with existing named accounts.
You will be reporting to National Sales leader and assume the role of Account Manager and have a schedule working in Mumbai and will work in hybrid.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy and account plans for assigned accounts to achieve Sales Target.
- Maintain healthy mix/funnel of products, solutions and services within assigned account packages. Identify right qualifying opportunities and support quality of engagement to ensure effective customer win rate
- Obtain in-depth understanding of client processes and business model and also map customer leadership with Rockwell Automation leadership
- Ensure compliance to policy and procedures following Rockwell Automations' standards.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- The ability to travel based on the requirement
- 5-10 years of experience in sales in Industrial Automation Industry
- Fluency with native language and command of English (written & spoken).
- Ability to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Align and critical stakeholders.
- Strong supporter of our customer centricity. Understands the importance of demonstrating concern for satisfying customers. Passionate about developing goals to improve our customer experience.
- Set, being accountable for and achieve challenging targets.
- Influence, empower, coach and motivate others.
- Communication style and messaging to different audiences.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Product : Intermediate level of expertise in Business Development activities in Process, and Services & Solutions
- Industry : Intermediate level of expertise in Industry Knowledge, Market Research & Analysis
- People: Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects. Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects across organisational lines. Be able to function with a large degree of autonomy. Resolve conflict, negotiate and persuade
- Collaborate with Teams Effectively - Taking the initiative to work with others to achieve business goals
- Communicates Effectively - Speaking, listening and responding in ways that support both relationships and results
- Adds value for customers & partners - Creating a positive customer experience, and supporting others to do the same

- Focus on expanding business within existing accounts
- Strengthen relationships with their customers and work to develop new relationships through introductions or referrals
- Uncover client needs, match those needs to available products or services, and generate sales
