Job Description

Are you a strategic sales leader passionate about driving transformational change through large-scale industrial projects?

Reporting to the SEA Regional Director, we are looking for a dynamic EPC & Large Project Pursuit Manager, South East Asia to lead a high-performing team focused on developing executive-level relationships with Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) firms and securing complex, high-value project wins across Southeast Asia.

You will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, representing Rockwell Automation's integrated solutions to our most strategic customers. You will also collaborate across teams to influence specifications, shape project outcomes, and position Rockwell as the partner of choice for digital transformation in industrial automation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Leadership: Develop account strategies for named EPCs, supporting engagement at the C-suite and senior management levels to influence technology adoption and project specifications.
  • Complex Project Pursuit: Lead the pursuit of large, multi-million-dollar projects—either through EPCs or directly with main end-users—by creating compelling value propositions and win strategies.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Rockwell teams, industry specialists, and leaders to align resources and provide tailored, multi-product solutions.
  • Market Intelligence & Opportunity Management: Track major project developments, build a qualified opportunity funnel, and maintain visibility of pursuits through disciplined use of our SalesForce Automation (SFA) tools.
  • Customer Advocacy: Develop understanding of EPC business models, build trusted relationships with main decision-makers, and position Rockwell as the lowest-risk, highest-value supplier.
  • Leadership & Influence: Engage early in project lifecycles (e.g., FEED studies), shape specifications, and increase adoption of Rockwell's full portfolio including safety, cybersecurity, lifecycle services, and remote support.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • More than 15 years' experience in sales or business development within EPCs, automation, or turnkey solution environments.
  • Experience closing large deals and managing strategic accounts.
  • Experience working across global and local teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, IT, or Business. Advanced degrees

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Certifications in project management or industrial automation
