About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and collaborative UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work on projects of moderate scope, applying user-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to multiple small-scale projects, and grow your expertise in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of design challenges.
- Receive assignments in the form of objectives and follow defined processes to meet goals.
- Collaborate with and mentor other UX designers in design techniques and best practices.
- Create wireframes, low/high fidelity prototypes, and interaction designs.
- Present and explain design decisions to stakeholders and development teams.
- Collect user feedback and validate design decisions.
- Build productive relationships with internal and external partners.
- Stay informed about UX trends, technologies, and industrial automation developments.
- You will report to Hiring Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, UX Design, Human Factors, Cognitive/Behavioral Science, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant UX design experience.
- Experience working on small-sized, low-complexity projects.
- Basic understanding of industrial automation and related product ranges.
- Demonstrated ability to work within Agile, Design Thinking, or other design environments.
Skills & Tools
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Empathy for users, patience, and openness to feedback.
- Working knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual communication.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, Balsamiq, Sketch, InVision, XD, Figma.
