Job Description
The Fulfillment Planner is a critical link between supply chain operations and customer satisfaction, responsible for ensuring that orders are delivered efficiently. Your role will involve end-to-end coordination of inventory, transportation, and logistics activities, from inbound shipments to final delivery to distributors. The Fulfillment Planner works with internal and external partners including suppliers and logistics providers.
Main responsibilities include managing inventory levels, monitoring order processing systems, resolving fulfillment issues, and maintaining accurate data across systems. You will also contribute to strategic planning for new business initiatives and looks for opportunities to improve operational performance, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordination of deliveries from airports, ports, or from our warehouses to our Distributors.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and transactions, updating and control of shipment information in our database that maintains our system.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate inventory physically and in our system, to guarantee compliance with company requirements.
- Monitor order processing systems and resolve any issues that may cause delays.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and transportation providers.
- Participate in logistics planning for new projects or business opportunities.
- Ongoing optimization of all processes within the scope of this role.
The Essentials – You Will Have
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain roles.
- English - Intermediate Level.
The Preferred – You Might Also Have
- Strong analytical, proactive and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Excel – Power BI knowledge is a plus)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and inventory control.
- Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to streamline fulfillment operations.
