Job Description

Responsible for all aspects of production line operation: safety, quality, efficiency, machinery and equipment, employee training, and work coordination. Developing production according to the production plan. Ensuring the highest quality of manufactured products while following assembly standards and related processes. Ensuring the proper use of equipment, devices, and occupational health and safety methods, and ensuring a tidy workplace.

You will report to: PRODUCTION MANAGER. Work model: Onsite.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of production line operation: safety, quality, efficiency, machinery and equipment, employee training, and work coordination.
• Manage the team to maximize its potential.
• Build production according to the production plan.
• Manage employees to ensure adherence to work schedules, assessments, standards, safety, and other company and departmental procedures.
• Ensure the highest quality of manufactured products while following assembly principles and associated processes.
• Develop and initiate programs leading to process improvement and the implementation of new solutions in production organization to increase productivity, quality, and safety within the scope of assigned responsibility.
• Ensure the proper use of occupational health and safety equipment, devices, and methods, and maintains order at workstations.
• Work at workstations and machines with the team on the production line, retools machines, and manages manual and mechanical processes in their area.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in production line management.
• Willingness to solve technical and assembly problems.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• At least basic knowledge of Excel, SAP, and FTPC.
